The venue confirms within hours. If they can’t host, your deposit comes straight back.

Before you book
Plain answers about money, changes and your guests.
When do I pay the rest?
Only the 25% deposit is paid online, to hold the date. The rest is paid to the venue on the day.
What if the venue can’t host?
Your deposit is refunded in full, and we suggest similar places that are free on your date.
Can the guest count change after I book?
Yes. The total follows your guest count until pre-orders close, two days before the party at 1 PM. After that the bill is final.
Do my guests need to sign up?
No. They open your invitation and RSVP for their household. For à la carte parties they also pick their dishes. They can change it until replies close.
